Mr. Saeed Al Saad Appointed as Head of Compliance, Risk, and Legal Affairs

Mr. Saeed Al Saad was appointed as the Head of Compliance, Risk, and Legal Affairs in 2017. Since then, he has contributed his extensive expertise of nearly 20 years, during which he held several key positions in financial institutions and banks.

Al Saad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Faisal University in Al-Ahsa. He also holds the Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) certification issued by the Saudi Financial Institute, the Advanced Certificate in Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, and the Advanced Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing from the Financial Academy.
