Announcement: Distribution of cash dividends to Musharaka REIT fund unitholders

Musharaka Financial announces the distribution of cash dividends to the unit holders of Musharaka REIT for the period from August 18, 2018 to December 31, 2018 (135 days) as follows:

1. Total distributed profits: 24,640,000 SAR.
2. Number of units eligible for distribution: 88 million units.
3. Distributed profit value: 0.28 SAR per unit (28 halalas), representing 2.8% of the initial unit price.
4. Distribution ratio: 2.7% of the net asset value as of June 30, 2018 (16/10/1439H).
5. The right to receive cash dividends will be determined based on the unit holders’ register at the end of Wednesday, January 2, 2019 (end of trading day December 31, 2018).
6. Dividend distribution date: within 15 business days from the entitlement date.

The fund manager also reminds the unit holders to update their information with the banks where their accounts are held to ensure the direct deposit of their due profits.
