Announcement: Distribution of cash dividends to Musharaka REIT fund unitholders

Musharaka Financial Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the unit holders of Musharaka REIT Fund for the period from February 17, 2018, to August 17, 2018 (six months), as follows:

1. Total Distributed Profits: 30,800,000 SAR
2. The cash dividends will be based on 88 million outstanding units.
3. The distributed profit per unit is 0.35 SAR (35 halalas), representing 3.5% of the unit’s initial price.
4. The distribution percentage is 3.45% of the net asset value as of June 30, 2018 (16/10/1439H).
5. The right to receive the cash distribution will be for unit holders as per the unit holders’ register at the end of Thursday, August 30, 2018 (end of trading day on August 28, 2018).
6. The distributions will be paid within 15 business days from the entitlement date.

The fund manager also wishes to remind unit holders to update their bank account details to ensure the direct deposit of their entitled dividends into their accounts.
