Musharaka Capital has announced an update to the Terms & Conditions of the Musharaka Saudi Equity Fund. Below is a summary of the key updates:

• Aligning the fund’s terms and conditions with the executive regulations on Zakat collection, as per Ministerial Resolution No. (2216) dated 07/07/1440H.
• Amending subparagraphs (A, B, C, W, H) under paragraph (9) concerning fees, commissions, and expenses.
• Updating the summary of the fund’s fees and other expenses.
• Revising the Investment Policies and Practices section.
• Updating the financial information of the Fund Manager.
