Musharaka Capital Company announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of Musharaka REIT Fund

Musharaka Financial announces a change in the Board of Directors of the Musharaka REIT Fund due to the resignation of board member Mr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Sheikh Al-Dosari (non-independent member), effective from 06/18/1439H (March 6, 2018). The new members of the board after the change are:

1. Mr. Ibrahim bin Fahd Al-Assaf (Chairman of the Board – non-independent member)
2. Dr. Jassim bin Shaheen Al-Rumaihi (independent member)
3. Mr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Ismail (independent member)
4. Mr. Ahmed bin Sultan Al-Owaid (non-independent member)
