Musharaka Finance, in its capacity as subscription manager, announces the offering of six hundred and forty-two thousand five hundred (642,500) new ordinary shares, representing (20%) of its total shares, and its listing in the parallel market – Nomu.
The offering period will begin on Wednesday 04-05-1446 AH (corresponding to 06-11-2024 AD) and will continue for seven (7) working days, ending at the end of Thursday 12-05-1446 AH (corresponding to 14-11-2024).
