Announcement of a change in the membership of the Musharaka REIT Fund’s Board of Directors

Musharaka Capital Company announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of the Musharaka REIT Fund due to the resignation of Board Member Mr. Ahmed bin Sultan Al-Awaid (non-independent member), effective from the date of Rajab 18, 1442 AH, corresponding to March 2, 2021 AD, so that the members of the Fund’s Board of Directors after the change will become:

1- Professor: Ibrahim bin Fahd Al-Assaf, Chairman of the Fund’s Board of Directors (non-independent member)

2- Professor: Jassim bin Shaheen Al-Rumaihi (Independent Member)

3- Professor: Ahmed bin Muhammad Ismail (independent member)
