An announcement of the distribution of dividends to Musharaka REIT fund unitholders

Musharaka Financial Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to unit holders of the Musharaka REIT Fund for the period from July 1, 2019, to December 31, 2019, as follows:

1. Total distributed dividends: SAR 30,800,000
2. Number of eligible units: 88 million units
3. Dividend per unit: SAR 0.35 (35 halalas), representing 3.5% of the initial unit price
4. Distribution rate: 3.46% of the net asset value as of June 30, 2019 (23/04/1440H)
5. Eligibility date: Unit holders registered by the end of Tuesday, January 7, 2020 (12/05/1441H), corresponding to the trading session ending on Sunday, January 5, 2020 (10/05/1441H)
6. Dividend payment date: Within 15 business days from the eligibility date

The fund manager reminds all unit holders to update their banking details to ensure direct deposit of their entitled dividends.
