Musharaka Capital Announces Cash Dividend Distribution for Musharaka REIT Fund

Musharaka Capital has announced a cash dividend distribution for unit holders of the Musharaka REIT Fund for the period from July 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021, as follows:

1. Total distributed dividends: SAR 26,400,000
2. Number of units eligible for distribution: 88 million units
3. Dividend per unit: SAR 0.30 (30 Halalas), representing 3% of the initial unit price
4. Distribution rate: 3.03% of the net asset value (NAV) as of June 30, 2021 (Dhul-Qi’dah 20, 1442 AH)
5. Eligibility date: Unit holders registered in the fund’s records by the end of Monday, January 31, 2022 (Jumada Al-Thani 28, 1443 AH) (corresponding to the end of the trading day on Thursday, January 27, 2022 (Jumada Al-Thani 24, 1443 AH)) will be entitled to receive the dividend.
6. Dividend payment date: Within 15 business days from the eligibility date.
7. Additional Information:
   • The distributed dividends are net of the 2021 Zakat provision.
   • Unit holders are advised to update their bank details to ensure the timely deposit of their dividends into their accounts.
