Announcing the distribution of cash dividends to Musharaka REIT fund unitholders

Musharaka Financial announces the distribution of cash dividends to unit holders of the Musharaka REIT Fund for the first six months following the fund’s launch on August 17, 2017, as follows:

1. Total distributed amount: SAR 30,800,000
2. Dividends will be distributed based on 88,000,000 outstanding units
3. Dividend per unit: SAR 0.35 (35 halalas), representing 3.5% of the initial unit price
4. Distribution percentage: 3.5% of the net asset value as of Jumada Al-Thani 10, 1439 (February 26, 2018)
5. Eligibility for cash dividends applies to unit holders listed in the unit holders’ registry by the end of trading on Thursday, Jumada Al-Thani 13, 1439 (March 1, 2018)
6. The dividend distribution date will be announced later

The fund manager also reminds unit holders to update their bank account details to ensure that their entitled dividends are deposited directly into their accounts.
