Musharaka Capital Joins Saudi Exchange as a Financial Brokerage Member
Musharaka Capital has announced that Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) has approved its membership as a financial brokerage firm, following the completion of all technical and regulatory requirements. This milestone aligns with Musharaka Capital’s commitment to launching an advanced brokerage platform utilizing cutting-edge technologies to provide top-tier services to its clients.
Saudi Exchange welcomed Musharaka Capital as a new member in a ceremony held on Thursday, attended by Ibrahim Al-Assaf, CEO of Musharaka Capital, and Mohammed Al-Rumaih, CEO of Saudi Exchange.
As a market member, Musharaka Capital will enable clients to trade in the largest financial market in the Gulf region. Additionally, the company will offer financial advisory services, including IPO offerings, private placements, mergers & acquisitions, strategic debt advisory, and asset management.
