Musharaka Financial Company, as the manager of the Musharaka REIT Fund, announces the renewal of the fund’s banking facilities with a 24% reduction in the fixed portion of financing costs. Additionally, the coverage margin and financing study fees have been reduced in the best interest of unitholders.

This step aligns with the fund manager’s continuous efforts to reduce costs, enhance the fund’s performance, and improve its readiness to seize attractive opportunities in the real estate market.

The fund manager clarifies that the financial impact of the reduced financing costs will be positive, with its effects expected to be reflected starting from Q3 2022.
