The Authority’s approval of Musharaka Financial Company’s request to amend its business list

Musharaka Financial Company submitted a request to the Authority for approval to amend the list of businesses it is licensed to practice by adding the arranging activity. Accordingly, the company’s request was approved to amend the list of businesses that Musharaka Financial Company is licensed to practice by adding the arrangement activity, so that after the amendment it becomes: dealing as principal, managing investment funds, arranging, providing advice, and custody.
