Musharaka Capital, in its capacity as the Fund Manager of Musharaka Murabahat and Sukuk Fund, announces an update to the Terms and Conditions of the Fund, effective from 14-01-1447H corresponding to 09-07-2025G.
This update includes amendments to sub-paragraphs (b) and (c) of Clause (9) “Fees and Charges”, sub-paragraph (b) of Clause (21) “Fund Manager”, sub-paragraphs (a), (b), and (c) of Clause (23) “Custodian”, sub-paragraph (w) of Clause (24) “Fund Board”, and sub- paragraph (a) of Clause (28) “Auditor”. The updated version of the Terms and Conditions is available in the attached document.
