Announcement by Musharaka Capital on the Details of Non-Fundamental Changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Musharaka REIT Fund

Musharaka Capital Company announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors on a non-fundamental change in the Musharaka REIT Fund, which will take effect on 08/11/1446H corresponding to 06/05/2025.

The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows:

• Modification of the investment concentration policy to focus on major cities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Changing the name of the “Radisson Blu Hotel Apartments” property to “Hotel Apartments – Dhahran.”
