Announcement of Profits Distribution to Unitholders of Musharaka REIT Fund

Musharaka Capital Company announces distributing cash dividends to the Musharaka REIT Fund shareholders for the period from January 01 to June 30, 2020

1- The total distributed profits are 30,800,000 Saudi riyals.
2- The number of shares due for distributions is 88 million units.
3- The value of the distributed profit is 0.35 riyals per share (35 halalas) and its ratio to the basic price per share is 3.5%.
4- The distribution percentage is 3.39% of the net asset value as of 31/12/2019.
5- The dividend distributions will be due to the shareholders according to the registration of the share ownership at the end of Monday on 13/07/2020 (the end of the trading day on 09/07/2020).
6- The profit distribution date will be within 15 working days after the due date.
