An announcement of the distribution of cash dividends to Musharaka REIT fund unitholders

Musharaka Financial Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the unit holders of the Musharaka REIT Fund for the period from July 1 to December 31, 2020, as follows:

1. Total distributed profits: 26,400,000 SAR.
2. Number of units entitled to distributions: 88 million units.
3. The distributed profit per unit: 0.30 SAR (30 halalas), representing 3.0% of the unit’s initial price.
4. The distribution percentage is 2.93% of the net asset value as of 30/06/2020 (11/10/1441H).
5. The eligibility for the cash dividends will be based on the unit holders’ register at the end of Tuesday, 12/01/2021 (end of trading day on 10/01/2021).
6. The dividend distribution date will be within 15 working days from the entitlement date.

The fund manager would like to remind unit holders to update their details with the banks where their accounts are held to ensure the direct deposit of their entitled profits into their accounts.
