Announcement of the distribution of cash dividends to Musharaka REIT Fund unitholders for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2019.

Musharaka Financial Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the unitholders of the Musharaka REIT Fund for the period from January 1, 2019, to June 30, 2019, as follows:

1. Total distributed dividends: SAR 30,800,000
2. Number of units eligible for distribution: 88 million units
3. Dividend per unit: SAR 0.35 (35 halalas), representing 3.5% of the initial unit price
4. Distribution rate: 3.6% of the net asset value as of 23/04/1440H (corresponding to 31/12/2018)
5. Eligibility for cash distributions will be based on the unitholders’ register as of Monday, 28/10/1440H (corresponding to 01/07/2019), with the last trading day being 24/10/1440H (corresponding to 27/06/2019)
6. Dividend payment will be made within 15 working days from the entitlement date

The fund manager would like to remind unitholders to update their banking information to ensure that their entitled dividends are directly deposited into their accounts.
