Al Majidiya Residence Fund Al Khobar, a closed private real estate investment fund compatible with Sharia investment controls, was established in accordance with the regulations of investment funds issued by the Council of the Capital Market Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The main purpose of this fund is to achieve capital gains through the fund’s investment in developing residential units in the city of Al Khobar (apartments and villas) and through appointing “Dar Al Majid Real Estate” Company as developer of the fund.
