La Perla 2 Fund, is a closed private real estate investment fund that complies with the Shariah standards, established in accordance with the investment funds regulations issued by the Board of the CMA in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.The main objective of the Fund is to achieve capital gains through the acquisition of a land area of 180,000 square meters located on the Corniche in the city of Khobar, previously owned by La Perla Fund, a fund managed by Musharaka Capital. The Fund Manager will aim to prepare the designs and engineering drawings for the project and obtain the required approvals from the Eastern Province Municipality. Subsequently, the Fund Manager would develop the infrastructure on the land and target to sell the land to other developers or construction funds.
