Musharaka holds a participation forum for Real Estate Traded Funds (REITs)

In recognition of its role in community awareness, Musharaka organized the “Musharaka Forum For REIT” in collaboration with the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Stock Exchange “Tadawul.” The event was attended by a number of business leaders and professionals from the real estate and investment sectors in the Eastern Province.
The forum aimed to introduce Real Estate Investment Traded Funds (REITs) as a new investment and real estate product, following the recent approval of its regulatory instructions by the Capital Market Authority.
The forum witnessed remarkable success, evident through the participation of relevant authorities, the number of attendees, and the topics and discussions covered during the event.
