Musharaka Capital Invites Unit Holders of the Murabaha and Sukuk Fund to Attend a Meeting
Musharaka Capital invites the unit holders of the Musharaka Murabaha and Sukuk Fund to attend a unit holders’ meeting, scheduled to be held at Musharaka Capital’s headquarters via modern audio-visual communication technology. This approach is being taken to ensure the safety of market participants and to support governmental preventive measures against COVID-19.
The meeting will take place at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 (corresponding to Jumada Al-Thani 16, 1443 AH) to discuss the following agenda:
- Voting on the proposed amendments to the fund’s investment policies and practices.
