Musharaka Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to Musharaka REIT Fund unitholders for the period from January 1, 2022 until June 30, 2022

Musharaka Financial Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to unitholders of the Musharaka REIT Fund for the period from January 1, 2022, to June 30, 2022, as follows:

• Total Distributed Dividends: SAR 26,400,000
• Number of Units Eligible for Distribution: 88 million units
• Dividend per Unit: SAR 0.30 (30 halalas), equivalent to 3% of the initial unit price
• Distribution Rate: 3.07% of the net asset value as of December 31, 2021 (27/05/1443H)

The entitlement to cash dividends will be for unitholders listed in the register at the end of Thursday, July 28, 2022 (29/12/1443H), corresponding to the end of the trading day on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 (27/12/1443H).

• Dividend Distribution Date: Within 15 working days from the entitlement date.
