The valuation was conducted by Olaat Valuation Company, Abaad for Real Estate Valuation, ValuStrat Real Estate Valuation Services, LLC, JLL Valuation LLC, and Sima & Partner Property Valuation Company ,who are all independent and licensed valuers, registered with the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers .
