Musharaka Capital announces an update of the terms and conditions of Musharaka Murabahat and Sukuk Fund as of 30/02/1448H corresponding to 13/08/2026 G.

The changes in subparagraph (a) of paragraph (28), relating to the Fund’s auditor, reflect the change of the Fund’s auditor from KPMG Al Fozan & Partners to RSM .
