Musharaka Capital announces an update of the terms and conditions of Musharaka Saudi Equity Fund as of 04/03/1448H corresponding to 17/08/2026 G.

The changes in subparagraph (a) of paragraph (28), relating to the Fund’s auditor, reflect the change of the Fund’s auditor from KPMG Al Fozan & Partners to RSM .
