Hassan Almulla is the Head of Investment Banking at Musharaka Capital, with over 12 years of experience in the Saudi capital markets. He has extensive expertise in Equity Capital Markets transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, direct listings, and transfers from )NOMU( to the Main Market. Hassan holds an MBA in Finance from Jacksonville University, USA, and a bachelor’s degree in finance from KFUPM, in addition to several professional certifications including CME-1 and CME-5.
