Musharaka Capital confirms its keenness on the interests of the unitholders of Musharaka REIT Fund and as part of the ongoing efforts of cost reduction and rationalization to support the financial position and periodic distributions of Musharaka REIT Fund, accordingly, the fund manager of Musharaka REIT pleased to announce a reduction in the annual management fees to 0.95% instead of 1.2% of AUM after deducting all fees and expenses.
The Fund Manager expects that this change will have a positive impact on the Fund's cash flow and reduce annual costs. Fees will begin to be calculated and applied starting from 01/01/2024.
