Musharaka Financial, in its capacity as the subscription manager, announces the offering of Jana Medical Company’s six hundred and forty-two thousand five hundred (642,500) new ordinary shares, representing 20% of its total shares, and its listing on the Parallel Market – Nomu.
The subscription period will begin on Wednesday, 04-05-1446H (corresponding to 06-11-2024) and will last for seven (7) business days, ending on Thursday, 12-05-1446H (corresponding to 14-11-2024).
