The primary purpose of this fund is to invest in the development of residential units in the Kingdom on lands owned by the fund after its establishment and sell those units to the public to achieve capital gains, in accordance with approvals, assessments, project studies, and agreed-upon plans. The target is to achieve annual profits of 15% on the fund's capital.
